Our Response to DMCA Notices
- Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 2-3 business days.
- We will notify the user who posted the material and provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice.
- If the user believes the material was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notification as outlined below.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
- Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in India and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
