Our Response to DMCA Notices

  • Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 2-3 business days.

  • If the user believes the material was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notification as outlined below.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
  3. Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in India and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.
